We’re working with the most renowned Regional Private Bank with credit rating of Aa1 and total AUM of USD 100 billion + to search for Credit Administration Specialist. Job Duties:

• Report to Regional Credit Operations Dept
• Ensure proper and timely processing of accurate credit documentation, collaterals and credit data administration as well as keeping up with its credit policies and administration process in accordance to the HKMA requirements
• Prepare standard and non-standard facility letters and related documents
• Liaise with relevant parties to review all standard documentation templates on a regular basis
• Perm confirmation of received documents are complete and in compliance with approved terms and conditions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/Legal preferred or any related discipline
• 3years' relevant credit documentation and administration experience acquired from banks
• Understanding of private bank/wealth management is highly desirable
• Proven hands-on experience in handling credit administration, facility letter and security documentation functions
• Good spoken and written English
