Our client is a prestige International Bank. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Officer and Phone Banking Officer.

Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent service to premium customers
• Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone and email
• Process applications and status checking for customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer related industry
• Experience in handling clients from  banking, Hospitality, Airline and call center is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
