Job Description
Our banking client is looking for the Loan Clerk to join their branch distribution to cope with the company expansion.
Job Description:
- Assist in personal loan processing
- Provide counter services and other clerical duties
- Cross-sell loan products to customers
Job Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Preferably 1 year’s customer services experience
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
