Job Description
Our banking client is looking for the telesales to join their branch distribution to cope with the company expansion.
Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries and recommend appropriate banking solutions in professional manner
- Promote general banking products and prepare quotations (if applicable) to customers
- Provide all-rounded phone banking services and arrange customer appointment with branches
- Proactively perform outbound telemarketing activities on retail banking products
- Support the bank's initiatives when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in financial industry
- Proactive, strong sales driven and result-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
