Our client, a well-known Retail Bank  in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the Securities Services Department.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer enquiries and recommendations regarding issues encountered in using various e-channels
• Conduct testing on the functionalities of various trading channels
• Update the information in the e-channels from time to time
• Prepare relevant reports on system utilization, problem logs, etc.
• Support internal users who encounter problem regarding system operations
• Perform IT Project support and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High diploma or above, study in IT, business, finance or related discipline;
• 1-2 years working experience in banking, IT or securities sector;
• Sound knowledge in trading systems’ functionalities and IT literate;
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
