Responsibilities:

• Assist Department Head in establishing and executing goals and objectives of the Department
• Oversee development and implementation of a customized risk assessment process in managing and monitoring Operational and IT risk effectively
• Ensure Operational and IT risks of the Bank are identified and measured, assess and report to the Management in timely  
• Evaluate and enhance effectiveness of Operational and IT risk management process of the Bank
• Assist the Head in providing leadership, direction and guidance to the team, and maintain effective communication with other stakeholders

Requirements:

• University graduate in Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Professional qualifications such as FRM/ CISA/ CISSP or other Enhanced Competency Framework on Cybersecurity equivalent qualifications preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Operational Risk, IT Risk and/ or internal control in banking
• Sound knowledge and understanding of banking operations, products and services
• Strong project management and communication skills.
