Our bank client invites you to join their Retail Lending department as Section Head, Credit Card Marketing.

Responsibilities

l   Leading team for the comprehensive marketing of credit card business including acquisition,              portfolio management, business retention & usages

l   Managing the overall P&L, and achieving business targets

l   Embedding digitalization in all initiatives relating to acquire, engage and transact for different            customer segments

l   Managing overall marketing activities in order to gain comprehensive and effective results on      new business development and enhancement through diving credit card portfolios & creating  strong product proposition

l   Develop and revamp current card acquisition processes to streamline workflows in order to gain customer attraction via different channels including online, mobile banking and e-marketing and conventional marketing

l   Keep abreast on latest compliance requirements & technology

Requirements

l   Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines

l   At least 12 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, which 5 years in supervisory            level for retail lending or related area

l   Sound knowledge of retail lending products and their guidelines

l   Good leadership with a good team-player character

l   Mature with excellent communication and time management skills; proactive and business                oriented

l   Strong planning and analytical skills with high risk alertness

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

**Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Team Head or Manager grading.
