Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MIS generation  
• Perform business performance analysis and develop timely and practical MIS solution to facilitate new business development and monitoring
• Design customized Sales Incentive Program including core programs and booster campaigns, to drive business performance and in alignment to the Bank’s regulatory obligations as well as risk and remuneration framework
• Support data mart migration project by conducting UAT on new data mart and campaign upload; designing, developing and testing SAS programs on the new data mart and building data models

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in banking/financial industry, preferably in data mining and database marketing
• Proficiency in statistical tools, database software
• Analytical with excellent business and market sense
