We are now hiring a clinical specialist to support our day to day customer training and demonstration in hospitals and elderly home:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective pre-sale demo plan
- Build relationship & network with users and key decision-makers
- Support post-sale user training, ensuring utilization & maximization of features of equipment
- Support Sales Team in product demo and training
- Provide Sales Team with Clinical Information and Research & Evaluation materials
- Obtain user feedback, monitor & follow up on pending opportunities
- Contribute in market Intelligence and sharing of competitive information
- Continuous update in product knowledge & skills
- Proactively organize & provide scheduled customer visit & propose user-training to customers
- Conduct customer satisfaction feedback & survey
- Active participation in trade exhibitions & workshops
Work Experience & Qualification
- Valid Hong Kong registered / enrolled nurse qualification
- At least 2-3 years working experience in medical and /or commercial setting
- Familiar with Users and the flow of product supply in hospital
- English literate in both written and spoken
