職責

• 領導其他診所助護，協調及處理診所的人事和行政工作
• 負責訂藥、與藥廠議價及時刻了解藥物庫存狀況
• 處理電話查詢、協助病人預約及登記
• 操作 CMS3 診所管理系統及醫療券系統，協助醫生診症，配藥及收費等
• 每週 6 天，每日 9 小時工作（輪休制）

經驗及學歷要求

• 中五程度或以上
• 2 年服務性行業工作經驗，曾任職醫療服務機構者將獲優先考慮
• 服務態度良好，良好溝通技巧，重視團隊精神和發展
• 做事小心謹慎，尤其涉及配藥的準確性及病人私隱的處理
• 有責任感，熱誠有禮，謙虛，守時，自律
• 懂基本中英文文書處理及電腦操作
• 操流利粵語、普通話及英語者優先考慮

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinic assistants to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
• Drug ordering, price negotiation with pharmaceutical companies, and inventory control
• Handle phone enquiries, outpatient appointment and registrations
• Operate the CMS3 Clinic Management System and Healthcare Voucher System; assist the doctor with diagnosis, drug dispensing and fees collection.
• Work days: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day (rest day rotation)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Form 5 or equivalent academic qualifications
• 2 years work experience in Services industries; related experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent attitude in serving customers; great communicator, with strong emphasis on team work and development
• Be extremely careful and cautious when handling drug dissension and sensitive information about the patients
• Have rich sense of responsibility, be passionate in continuous improvement, polite; be humble, punctuate and maintain high level of self-discipline
• Proficient in basic computer operations and word processing in both Chinese and English
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English are preferred
