Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of Operations Executives including Training, Fronline Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service
• Oversee and manage the daily operations management of shops as well as shop visits
• Responsible for shop planning, visual merchandising and inventory & stock management
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
• Perform data mining and business analysis, identify exceptional trend and make recommendation for process improvement
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

 Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in Business Studies, Service Management, Operations Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ operations management experience in Retails, Beauty or Fitness industries. 
• Detail-minded, hardworking &strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills, responsible, positive and hardworking
• Excellent people management, well interpersonal skills and coaching skills
• Excellent PC Applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good commend of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
