Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical equipment introduction and operational training
- Follow through the enquiries, requests and complaints
- Perform product trial and sleep test demonstration in office
- Educate and support customers in person or via phone call and email
Requirements:
- Non-Degree Tertiary
- Min. 1 year work experience, preferred in customer service
- Good team player, patient and able to work independently
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese & English
