Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective and efficient cost management of developments to ensure they are in full compliance with corporate cost control procedures, final account settlement, claims, VO
• Review cost estimates and bills of quantities prepared by consultants to ensure effective cost control and compliance with project specifications
• Carry out tender assessment and tender analysis
• Manage interim payments, claims, disputes and variation assessment
• Prepare cost reports for senior management's review
• Prepare cash flow / expenditure forecast for financial control purposes

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in cost estimating, cost control and contract administration of residential construction projects
• Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies (MRICS and HKIS)
  
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Immediate available is highly preferred
