Responsibilities

• Architectural design and management for a portfolio of property development.
• Responsible for architectural, planning and interior design projects, including feasibility study, schematic and detailed design works, planning, liaison and coordination with Project Manager, Site Team and external consultants, etc.

Requirements

• University graduates in Architecture Design or related disciplines
• Qualified Architects with 8 years' post-qualification relevant experience
• Experience gained from Property Developer is preferred
• Good hands-on experience in luxury residential projects with good design flair & management skills
• Creative, organized and self-motivated with hands-on 3D rendering and AutoCAD skills
• Proactive and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Good communication skills and proficient in written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architect
