An award winning Exterior contractor seeks the ideal candidate for a new project that is about to commence.

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Carry out façade design, engineering and consulting for projects in HK and overseas
• Organise façade technical specification according to current regulations
• Prepare engineering calculations to ensure adherence to quality and cost
• Attend regular meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, designers and engineers to provide design and engineering input

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Structural or Civil Engineering or related
• At least 3 years experience, preferably with Façade consultancy or specialist Façade contractor
• Qualification of TCP T3 is an advantage
• Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Excel and Strand 7.
• English and Chinese spoken and written are essential
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.

Those with less experience may be considered as an Assistant.
