Job Description
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' building services installation experience with at least 7 years' site experience in site co-ordination, installation, testing and commissioning of E&M systems, including Combined Services Co-ordination
- Sound working experience in client construction companies and / or consultant firms
- Responsible for overseeing and supervising the installation of building service systems, contractors' performance, contractor's submittals and site progress and quality
- Building services work experience in commercial buildings is preferred
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficiency in PC application including Chinese word-processing, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
- To be stationed on site
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Building Services Co-ordinator
