Responsibilities:

• Assist to maintain the departmental procedures and guidelines on quality and safety management
• Support the quality and safety management functions of the department
• Assist to plan and execute the departmental business planning activities
• Assist to plan and conduct audits and inspections on quality, safety and asset management
• Monitor and report the performance of co-workers and contractors on quality and safety management
• Plan and organize safety promotion activities
• Review contractors’ submission on quality and safety related matters
• Perform other job duties as directed by supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or other related disciplines with 4 years’ relevant working experience.  Experience in airport operation is an advantage.  Completion of relevant training course in Quality, Safety and/or Asset Management or possess knowledge in quality, safety and/or asset management international standards is an advantage
• Holder of Registered Safety Officer with Labour Department is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
