Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the Operations Department (at Fo Tan)
• Carry out regular quality audit on different operations process, included manpower planning, internal work flow review and logistics management
• Enforce internal and external safety rules and regulations to meet the compliance requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain frequent communications in order to achieve the desired goals and objectives
• Lead and/or assist ad hoc projects assigned by the direct manager as and when required

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree holder in Industrial and Systems Engineering and related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in running an operation team including 2 years in Quality Management
• Hands on experience in outdoor advertising industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in Operations Management and Quality Management
• Good problem solving and communication/negotiation skills
• Well organized, multi-tasking, strategic thinker with good leadership and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
