Job Description
Direct report to Head of Technical Retail, Asia Pacific
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect design information from local Project Managers
- Quantify, Tender, Source and Quality control of all Tod's Group projects
- Provide Estimate costs for future projects
- Create Cost Archive cost for estimations
- Handle all Asia Projects (New Stores, Maintenance, Pop Up and Decorative Items)
- Follow production with regular visits to ensure Quality control
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail industry, the previous experience in luxury retail will be preferable
- Proficiency of CAD, Excel, and DOS
- Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
