This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing the required Project Quality Plans and taking all necessary actions to ensure the team follows strictly in accordance with the plans;
• Reviewing and approving all quality manuals and quality plans submitted by the contractors
• Conducting all necessary quality audits on contractors
• Identifying process improvement opportunities, developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness; and
• Maintaining records of quality plans and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Civil / Structure / Geotechnical / E&M /Systems Engineering, or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant experience, of which minimum of 4 years should be in project management
• Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies
• Proven practical experience in project quality management of major multi-disciplinary projects
• Self-motivated, proactive, hard-working and result-oriented
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Project Engineer
