Job Responsibilities

• To provide full scale administrative to interior design / construction projects
• Liaise with contractors and consultants for desgin / detailing issues
• To communicate and liaise with site supervisors, project designers and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed up to the requirement  
• Assist and support the project team to meet schedules of multiple projects including site supervision and work programming
• To monitor site progress, quality of works and workmanship
• Cost control and programme control experience
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experiences with interior design / site management / fitting-out work or construction field
• Familiar with interior design, fitting-out works and renovation projects in commercial and luxury residential projects
• Good communication, organisation, project management and problem solving skill
• Practical skills in AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation projects is a must
• Self-motivated, independent and initiative
• Immediate available / short notification is highly preferable
