Job Description
Job Title: BIM Engineers / BIM Project Coordinator
Job Location: Hong Kong
Projects Type: Building Services/MEP
Package Information: HK$28,000 – HK$40,000 (Attractive Salary Package depending on Experience)
Essential Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- Open for applicants from Contractor or Consultancy Background
- Minimum 2 years of Site based Coordination experience relevant to MEP/Building Services Projects preferred
- Must have a strong interest in developing career in BIM Projects (Training will be provide)
- Experience in BIM Structural/Architectural can also be considered
- Applicants with higher experience will be considered for Senior Engineer post
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical drawings maintain BIM Models, Design Workflow and Process including Planning, Managing & Maintaining
- Work closely with other disciplines on design changes and model changes
- Coordination, Collaboration & Support with In-house BIM Team & Supervision of project operation
