Job Description
Job Title: Senior Architect / Associate / Senior Associate Director
Projects Type: Commercial, Residential & Mixed Used Projects
Position Type: Handle Detail Design, Project Management, Construction Administration
Job Location: Hong Kong
Package: HK$65,000 – HK$80,000 per Month (Very Competitive Basic Depending on Experience and Other Attractive Benefits)
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 years of Post Graduate experience covering any aspects of Residential, Commercial or Mixed Used Projects
- Degree holder in Architecture or other related disciplines
- A Registered Architect (HKIA/ARB) with minimum 6 years of post-graduate background
- Must be familiar with Architectural Project Management, Project Administrative Work and overall Site Management
- Familiar with Hong Kong statutory requirements and Government Submissions/ approval procedures
- Applicants with higher experience will be considered for Associate/Senior Associate Level Position
- Excellent English Communication skills and good command on Cantonese/Putonghua will be highly preferred
