• Architect with minimum of 5 years post- qualification experience, with preference on local hospital and health care projects.
• Applicants must have good project management skill and design ability from concept to detail development and be able to lead a team independently.  
• Possess hands-on experience for acting as BIM Manager/Coordinator and using Revit software in design coordination and tender drawings are preferably.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
