Job  Description

Include but not limited to the following categories of usual duties:

Provision of technical support to BIM Coordinator; Senior BIM Coordinator; BIM Manager and Project Manager at professional ranks or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to the projects

• Creating, revising and maintaining multi-discipline BIM models, including but not limited to civil, architectural, structural, and MEP models
• Creation of  BIM library to suit for the project use
• Assisting BIM Coordinator to conduct clash detection, preparing technical queries /clash report/ meeting materials/meeting notes/ report as required 
• Reviewing the BIM model and drawings to determine any discrepancies or conflict for the purposes of raising technical queries
• Maintaining and updating project BIM model register
• Incorporating all changes from models as they are received
• Other duties related the project as may be assigned by the head of Project Team/BIM Team or above from time to time
  

Qualifications:-

• Dip or Cert from CIC/HKIC/IVE/TI/TC/Poly or eq. in an appropriate discipline    
• Minimum 2 yr. working experience in BIM projects or related construction projects
