This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting architectural feasibility studies and prepare presentation materials for new and renovation projects;
• Performing architectural and project management duties including tender document preparation for architectural and improvement works projects;
• Liaising with related internal and external parties to coordinate improvement and alteration works;
• Ensuring all design and construction works completed in compliance with statutory requirements and
• Assisting in setting tenant fit-out standards, updating handbook and procedures as well as arranging briefings to tenants’ fit-out contractors in order to ensure the safety and quality of works.

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in architectural design with a minimum of 1 year in project management
• Experience in transportation facilities, tenant fit-out and alteration and addition projects is an advantage
• Proficient in architectural rendering and Photoshop software are essential; knowledge in CADD software "MicroStation" is an advantage
• Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated with good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
