This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Managing works contractors and providing professional advice on technical and quality issues of enhancement and revamp works;
• Ensuring the defined design, technical requirements, material and workmanship are up to required quality standard;
• Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation on quality and progress of the works; and
• Reviewing and commenting on contractor's submissions on method statement, programme etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or other related disciplines with at least 6 years' relevant working experience in the design, contract management and implementation
• Professional qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is preferred
• Experience in large scale project implementation is an advantage
• Proactive and detail-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred
