Responsibilities:

• Manage pre contract and post contract QS work and cost control
• Work through to project completion including final accounts and variations
• Ensure the effective planning, price negotiation, inventory control, quality control and materials delivery
• Assist Project team in contractual and commercial matters in fitting out projects
• Monitor the preparation of cost estimates; tenders and general quantity surveying works

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experiences in interior fitting out projects, preferably in F&B industry
• Experience in handling term contracts will be advantage
• Member of HKIS or RICS is preferred
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
