Responsibilities:

1. Attend project coordination meeting with Consultants, Client and Main Contractor.
2. To coodinate the shop drawings/ structural calculation with design team.
3. To monitor the design and installation tally with the contract specifications.
4. Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.
5. Submit weekly progress reports of work done and verify sub-contractor's progress payment. 

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Building / Consturction Studies or equivalent / Mech. Engineering.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in construction projects with site experience, less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer
3. Knowledge in Facade / Curtain wall is preferable but not essential
4. Strong sense of responsibility & independent, willing to travel and work overtime when needed
5. Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Project
6. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
