Job Responsibilities:

• Procure building materials, furniture ,fixtures, equipment, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, flooring, artwork, mirrors and accessories for typical rooms, suites, restaurants and public areas competitively and timely
• Deliver projects on time to support successful openings
• Lead installation of FF&E items ( may handle by construction )
• Ensure project is delivered on time, under budget, meets quality standards and operational requirements
• Ensure corporate quality standards and local government standards are met
• Assist in complex analysis for supplier and material contracts
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Requirements:

• A diploma holder in Supply Chain/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in construction & property industry
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
