My client is a international furniture business design firm and, as a result of growing their diverse practice in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for FF&E design talents to join their team

• 5 years’ of experience  as a qualified architect 
• Capable of following a project from initial design stages through to its completion
• Developed and tracked budgets previously
• Competent in the use of 3D modelling software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, lnDesign, Illustrator, Sketch-up and 
Microsoft Office
• Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Organised and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, prioritization and decision making skills
• Outstanding written and spoken English, Cantonese/Mandarin preferable

Responsibilities

• Work with lead designers to develop architectural design
• Synthesise the project brief with instructions from stakeholders's expertise
• Work on projects from concept generation, schematic designs and FFE 
selection to installation
• Intake project objectives and guidance from project stakeholders
• Develop and improve project plans that integrate all functions
• Contribute with technical insights, be the go to person for support on 
project designs, CAD Team and Project Managers
• Responsible for preparing and tracking floor plans, elevations and other 
project documents including all correspondence, submissions and filing
• Create technical and detailed drawings compete with dimensional data for engineering/manufacturing purposes and review for accuracy and conformance to drafting, applicable design, component weights and system standards
• Prepare CAD assembly drawings to verify adequate assembly fit
