Our client, a leader in the Industrial/Logistics space seeking for qualified Project Management subject matter experts to join them as Project Manager - New Built/Construction (Newly created role/Near HKIA)

As the client representative/subject matter expert, the successful incumbent will be the key Project Management liaison working closely with internal stakeholders, government agency, consultants, contractors, etc to ensure planning and coordination of project development works from conceptualization design, construction to completion within the established budget schedule and quality parameters.

The requirements:

• Full time degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building from a reputable university
• Minimum 7 to 12 years of relevant experiences with proven track record in managing a large scale projects in Logistics, Warehouse, Airport projects in Hong Kong is a plus
• Prior working knowledge in Mechanical Handling system will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, time management and a problem solver
