Requirements:
- in possession of a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Civil Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent.
- Final year students of the above requirements are welcomed.
