Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the site operation including the contractors' performance, site progress and quality of works of prestigious property development in the Mainland
• Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution

Requirements:

 Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 7-15 years of experience of which at least 3 years must be in a managerial capacity in overseeing large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Station is required
