Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Director and manage in-house project team,
• Provide professional advice for viable development/ A&A and maintenance project;
• Coordination with in-house contractors, external consultants and contractors from feasibility design stage to completion, defect rectification and handover stage;
• Responsible for monitoring and supervising project progress to ensure project complete on time and within budget;
• Attend project meeting and daily project matter including re-development /A&A/ improvements and renovation projects;
• Vet deliverables including feasibility studies, design drawing, specifications, tender documents, shop drawings and construction method statement;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Building Surveying related disciplines;
• Have recognized professional qualifications/membership of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent;
• Minimum 10-15 years’ post qualification and Project Management experience in Real Estate Developers / consultant or Contractor;
• Experience in handling commercial and Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects in HK;
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and statutory submission / inspection procedures;
• Strong technical know how and site experience;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to establish relationship with all levels of people
