Our Client is a well established and respected listed property developer in Hong Kong with a high profile property portfolio. They are now looking for a high calibre candidate to join their property development team. Working closely with the department head, this role will be responsible for identifying potential projects in the market and carrying out market research and feasibility studies to evaluate suitability. 

Role:

- Responsible for analysis of the property market, market research and other relevant industry reports available

- Conduct & lead feasibility studies, real estate evaluations and property appraisals

- Devise development and investment strategies with supporting materials for discussion with senior management

- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure projects fit with the overall direction of the company

- Keep a strong network of external contacts and be up to date with industry standards, regulations and other topics which might impact the property market in Hong Kong

- Lead & manage an existing team of staff   

Requirements:

- Degree or above holder of related disciplines such as Surveying, Urban planning, Architecture etc...

- Minimum 15 years of real estate development experience in Hong Kong

- Ability to lead a team 

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Smart, detail orientated and able to demonstrate a good eye for investment opportunities
