Our office, a property development company, is looking for a responsible person to be the Clerk of Works for one of our luxurious residential projects. The Clerk of Works has to take an active role in informing the project team and the Contractor defects/ non-conformities noted at the sonest and advise on possible means to achieve better quality works. The salary will be in the range of HK$35,000 to HK$40,000 depending on qualification and experience. The minimum qualifications required for the post of Clerk of Works shall be as follows:

• Diploma of Highter Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

• Three years' relevant post-qualification experience. Applicants with experience in interior-fitting out works will be preferable.

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong KONG Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
