Responsibilities:

• Main Contract and Sub-contract budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement & other QS practices;
• Main Contract cost monitoring and contract. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines;
• 8 years or above post-graduate working experience from gained from a main contractor and/or consultant is a must;
• Working experience for civil contracts will be an advantage;
• Member of RISC / HKIS; 
• Good at both English and Chinese for drafting the agreements which may imply that good educational background;
• A Strong team player and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Knowledge in using SAP software will be an advantage;
• Well-versed in MS Office.

** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor.
