Responsibilities:

• Assists the repair and maintenance works of the property
• Liaises with the contractors for the control of building services.
• Handles tenants’ inquiries and advises them on alteration proposals
• Supervises technician, direct labour and outside contractors’ maintenance services
• Attends emergency breakdowns and controls repairs activities
• Controls of building management system and carries out routine checks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
• Proficient in PC operation and MS office
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer
