Our client, a prestigious property investment and management company is urgently looking for an Electric Engineer to join their high-end residential property management team in Hong Kong Island.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine checking of the properties and arrange preventative maintenance, remedial repairs, especially in household electrical aspects
• Assist Property Manager in providing comprehensive property management services for a luxurious residential portfolio
• Arrange contractors/ workers to carry out renovation/maintenance work including obtaining and analysing quotations, site supervisions and coordination and liaison with the occupiers
• Source correct and necessary materials for maintenance and improvement works/projects
• Sure all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified
• Liaise with governmental authorities and public bodies if needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years experience practical experience in electrical works in real estate industry 
• With experience in property management/technical services in high-end residential properties is a plus
• Holder of electrical engineering Class A & B is needed
• With unquestionable integrity, self-motivated, and strong common sense
• Multitasking and able to work independently
• Fluency English is required
