Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Facility Management, Building Service Engineering, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building services engineering works, facilities management and engineering project management including repair & maintenance services and alteration / renovation works;

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and implement alteration and renovation projects
  • To provide technical advice and support on repair & maintenance and reprovisioning of building services facilities
  • To prepare tender documents and handle tendering issues
  • To monitor performance of contractors and service providers
