Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies and 3 years relevant experience
• Possessing 7-9 years drafting experience in an architectural firm
• Possessing Associate Membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM)
• Passed BIM Certified Expert Level II Examination (Recognized by HKIBIM) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of BIM working experience includes planning, designing, administrating and operating of BIM project
• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDraw and 3DS Max
• Possess a valid construction industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and require to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically
