Responsibilities:

• In charge of the QS team and manage the HK projects
• Responsible for cost management of multiple
• Prepare tender documents for projects
• Perform cost review and analysis on tenders and awards
• Perform cost estimates, cost data analysis, measurement and post-contract administration and final accounts
• Review and handle contractual claims
• Evaluate project estimates 
• Running cost audits for our group’s projects 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management with at least 12 years solid Quantity Surveying experience
• Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies
• Good knowledge in cost estimating, planning and scheduling
• Sensitive to cost issues and capable of advising solutions to the project team
• Self-motivated, proactive, hard-working and result-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
