Job Description

職責：

- 監管商舖裝修及傢俬生產，管理施工程序，覆核圖則與製定工程時間表;

- 跟進裝修工程，安排工程物料，跟進項目維修及維修事項;

- 計算及預訂材料，與客戶及承判商溝通，協調及解決現場問題;

- 協助工程報價及協助審閱有關商場之英文守則要求事項;

- 需到東莞區家私廠跟進及檢查質量。

資歷：

- 中五以上程度，5年相關施工現場及電機管理工作經驗;

- 良好粵語; 一般英語及普通話;

- 持有平安咭，守時，出勤紀錄良好;

- 良好溝通技巧及能獨立處理工作;

- 懂審閱施工圖則，具基本繪圖能力者優先。

待遇：

月薪 20000 全職

荔枝角區域上班工作;

每週工作5.5天：星期一至五：上午9時至下午6時30分及星期六：上午9時至下午1時，每週工作5天半
