Responsibilities:

• Overall management of a residential property development project from initial to completion stage
• Manage and coordinate with internal project team, consultants, contractors and government authorities
• Responsible for project planning, budget planning and control, site management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture/Building Studies/Structural/Construction or related disciplines
• Authorised Person is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in statutory regulations compliance
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in large scale construction projects
• Working with consultancy firm or property developers preferred
• Strong leadership, planning and management skills
• Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese
