Responsibilities:

• Concept development of the company’s portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects
• Maintaining and deliveringmarket le ading design through the development process
• Research on design trends in buildings and product design
• Maintaining and updating of design research and dispensing the information through the team

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design with at least 7 years' solid working experience
• Good design portfolio in luxury residential/commercial preferred
• Strong interest and broad knowledge of design trends
• Excellent sense of design style and flair
• Creative, good sketch and presentation skill, hands-on knowledge in AutoCAD and graphic software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken English and Chinese
