Our client is an active Main Contractor with Superstructure, Foundation & A&A works for Commercial & Residential Projects invites applicants for the following post:
Personal Assistant to Chairman
Company Location : Jordan, Kowloon
Requirements:
- University graduate or above in English / Translation / Construction Management;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with senior management level required;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Good business sense, pro-active and passionate to learn;
- Good knowledge in architectural and engineering field is preferred;
- Excellent computer skills in Works, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;
- Immediately available or short notice is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Chairman and Top Management business affairs;
- Report directly to Chairman;
- Handle correspondence, contract and other paperwork;
- Assist Chairman to take minutes of project meeting;
- Handle and assist in ad-hoc task upon requests;
