Responsibilities:  

• Manage and lead the interior design team in the design process and in the production of architectural design and construction documents for the department store interiors
• Conduct space planning and design concept development
• Prepare design drawings, documentation, material selection and tender drawings for interior renovation & fitting out projects
• Coordinate and liaise with external consultants / contractors during tender procurements and control the budget throughout the development process
• Prepare and monitor the design schedule, construction progress, cost and quality

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent
• 10 years’ relevant experience
• Solid experience in new building projects of department stores / shopping mall gained from property developers / consultants
• Solid experience in handling full set of presentation, tender and construction drawings and shop drawing review independently
• Strong design flair, creative and able to inspire the team
• Strong in project managment
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and 3D Max
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
