Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for an attentive and talented Digital Production Analyst with a great attitude to join the digital production team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining all site content for our APAC properties. Along with providing operational support to our regional sites, you will use your excellent web production skills to create and update web content, develop HTML pages and emails, localize content, annotate/redline graphics, and edit multimedia files. This position will report to the Director, Digital Technology and partner with the Ecomm team to ensure timely and high-quality executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering in HTML/ CSS updates (layout changes, image swaps, and cross-platform quality assurance)
• Work closely with Production and Ecommerce teams to ensure timely website refresh and content updates
• Refresh and maintain website content by using Content Management System
• Produce final web pages and HTML emails with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless
• Localize and customize website content, web graphics, target links, campaigns (e.g. banners, feature images, articles, layout, formatting, and styling)
• Proactively monitor brand’s digital properties; support QA of new creative pages and production defects
• Keep up with the latest trends in digital design and development
• Willing to learn new technologies and design techniques

Requirements 

• Degree in Web/Multimedia Design, Computer Science / Software Engineering, or similar disciplines
• 3 years of working experience in web production
• Proficiency in HMTL, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Photoshop, Illustrator are essential; Sketch is a plus
• Experienced with Content Management Systems is a must; Drupal and Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile, user interaction, and web design
• Experience in ecommerce
• Passionate about programming visual and interactive UI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency is a must; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean a plus
• Problem solver, analytical and creative thinker
• Thoroughness and commitment to quality
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
