Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Design / Building or similar
- Minimum 4 years experience in project management (Retail / Residential / Office)
- Experience in design & build fit out work ideally with contracting company
- Oversee fitting out works internal finishes
- Good communication skills
- Design background preferred
- Costing & budgeting
- Monitoring progress
- Preparing reports
- Site supervision
- Highly motivated and driven
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Others:
- Five-day work, Bank Holidays and 12 days Annual Leave
- Year-end Bonus depending on performance
